These women's high-waisted, wide-leg trousers feature a textured surface across the entire piece. Two horizontal bands of sheer floral lace are placed across the mid-thigh area. A deeper lace panel forms the hem at the lower edge. The waistband is elasticized and gathered, with a matching drawstring at the front. The drawstring ends are finished with decorative tassels.
